Register Now for Supervisor Training
Handling employee performance and conduct issues can be daunting, uncomfortable, and confusing. IMWCA’s Supervisor Training Course provides new and experienced supervisors with tools and tips for managing inadequate performance and misconduct early on, when correction is easier.
Day one will focus on hiring and onboarding of employees, and performance management. The second day will focus on handling misconduct, managing employee conflict, and a comprehensive look at safety meetings, incident analysis, and personal safety action plans for employees with repeat incidents or injuries.

Day One: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m | Day Two: 9 a.m. – Noon
This training is designed as a two-day experience, and full attendance is strongly encouraged.
As a benefit to IMWCA members, this training is offered at no cost.
